Starting in 2016/2017, L3xi3 has given us reasons to come together, healthy ways to express ourselves, and cope with reality through a movement practice. Starting with Yoga in the Park, then, fast forward, somewhere around the year 2020, L3xi3 expanded the WLP and created the Wholesome Sound Project, and expanded our movement practices. Dancing has always been a way to move, release, embrace, and experience feelings and vibrations. Music is a tool in dancing to help the body move in different ways, outside of the norm. Dancing through life brings enjoyment to the soul, release from tension, and strength in the body. Music brings people together and develops community. Dance has always been a part of our life so let's enjoy it together!
